High knowledge in logistics and operation processes in order to execute the implementation of new ERP systems in all plants of the Mission and Azteca Milling divisions in the US, which include the production, supply, quality and maintenance modules.

High experience and training personnel, preparing material in coordination with Change area, tests and step by step manuals for all the levels of the company.
