As an Account Coordinator, I am responsible for supporting my Account Director / Manager and other account team members to develop and coordinate the production and delivery of product marketing printed material projects requested by our client, Heineken Mexico. Working closely with suppliers, internal tema members and external stakeholders to ensure that these projects are purchased and executed in a manner that ensures quality and competitive pricing while overseeing and executing high volume production orders.

As an International Purchase Officer I was in charge of seeking reliable suppliers for the procurement of high quality specialized equipment / machinery, materials, parts and software required by the company to perform its activity as a major construction and maintenance supplier of communication, railway, commercial and housing infrastructure in Latin America. My main activities were focused on negotiating prices and contracts, reviewing technical specifications for components and equipment, determining quantity of the purchased items and timing of deliveries and forecasting upcoming demand.

My main activities as a State Authorized Translator and Interpreter where translating and certifying documents from English to Spanish and vice versa, enabling smoother negotiations for clients with foreign counterparts by offering real-time interpretation support, upholding strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information or classified documents for clients and improving cultural understanding among colleagues by providing language training sessions and workshops on foreign customs and practices.
