Engineer with a Bachelor of Science focused on Industrial and Systems. I began my career in the IT industry, where I quickly adapted and excelled, overcoming the challenges of switching fields. During my tenure at EVIDEN and INFOSYS, I successfully applied industrial and systems engineering principles to streamline IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Human Resources processes. My experience includes following project lifecycles, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality assurance through the application of agile work methodologies and continuous improvement practices. I am now eager to transition back to my core discipline, aiming to leverage my combined experience in IT and industrial engineering to excel as a Quality Engineer, driving process efficiency and product quality in the manufacturing sector.
