I never saw myself cooking for others nor expected to form a carrier out of my cooking skill, I was only concentrated in my Biochemistry degree. However I was invited to an internship at my sibling work place which was a restaurant in Mexico and there grew a passion for cooking, I loved how people enjoyed the food that my hands made and in my return to LA I stood front of the cheesecake factory and applied for line cook position, surely in a short amount of time I went from making salad to making pasta, I learned all the line stations at the cheesecake factory I am a Dependable Cook with expertise preparing foods in fast-paced settings.
