  • Create a production plan based on the Customers forecast.
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Run the MRP everyday so we can have all the materials needed for the production
  • Daily follow ups on suppliers purchase order
  • Create a purchase Strategy Plan for the suppliers that are delayed in their deliveries so we don´t have stoppage in the plat
  • Check daily inventory to check the availability of the products.
  • Negociations on the suppliers for better costs and payment terms
  • Update every month the vendors Price List on the Odoo system.
  • Find new suppliers always taking care of the price, lead time, quality of each vendor.
  • Promptly forward information regarding unsolved issues to supervisor for follow-up, if required.
  • Assist with all purchasing functions, as required.

  • Create Bom Costs every month of all the proyects we have
  • Register in the system, the received material and check quantity and quality.
  • Search for new suppliers.
  • Be aware of Company needs.
  • Process Quotes for the Customers, creating Variant codes for the proyect they request
  • Process also Sales Orders for the Customers
  • Follow Ups with the Customer so we can schedule the shipment and the material that we have already produce
  • Ask for the invoices to finance departmen and all the paper work needed to program the customers shipments
  • Create weekly report on the opens purchase orders
  • Be aware on the customers needs also
