  • Ive been working with the platforms VISA and Mastercard processing disputes for the las 6 years and a half with online banks from United States and Canada, resolving international disputes and chargebacks, representments and arbitrations. I also report any suspicious activity as possible fraud. I started by working with regular cardholder’s disputes for around 3 years then I was moved to an area that it is called as Negative Balance where I recover money for the banks due to the massive fraud disputes. We can also find new techniques to resolve the disputes in favor of the banks, besides using the Mastercard and VISA platform. Ive been working in the negative balance department for the last 2 years. So right now I am still doing minor work with the negative balance department and most of the time Im working with reports and regular disputes through the Mastercard and VISA platform.
