Duties included:

* Prepping, cutting, beveling and grinding of big bore and small bore piping with types such as stainless, carbon-steel, etc.

* Installation of straight run in pipe racks

* Bull rigging

* Hydro-testing of spoils per ISO

* Installation of blind flanges including torque value

* JLG manlift operator

* Lull (forklift) operator

* Scissor lift operator

* Preparation of JSA/JHA (Risk Assessment)

* Inspection of power tools and rigging

* Abide by safety regulations and rules, and proper use of PPE

Duties included:

* Bolt up per ISO including torque value

* Installation of blind flanges, gaskets, etc.

* Lockout and tagout necessary due to being a live unit

* Preparation of JSA/JHA (Risk Assessment)

* JLG manlift certified

* Forklift certified

* Scissor lift certified

* Occasional hydrotesting

Duties included:

* Preparation of JSA/JHA (Risk Assessment)

* Prepping, cutting and fitting of buttweld piping

* Installation of screw pipe per ISO

* Bolt-up

* Promoted to rigging department as Rigger (non-NCCER)

* Utilization of hand signals and radio contact with crane operator for flying piping into pipe rack safely

* Inspection of rigging and shackles

Duties included:

* Repair and replace bearings

* Install and disassemble cylinder housings

* Replace seals

* Forklift certified

* Over-head crane certified

* Fabrication of monorails, skids, platforms, etc.

* Installation of PVC, drainpipe, etc.

* Installation of grading on catwalks

* Rigging

* Installation of valves and blinds

* Lockout tagout

* Preparation of JSA/JHA (Risk Assessment)

* 100% tie off

* Complete work in a safe and timely manner
