  • Conceptualized, designed and developed and implemented a cost-neutral coordination community office mandated to galvanize the professional development, operational support and assure alignment of government security policy (currently names the Security Centre for Excellence which serves all federal government departments and agencies as an addition to the Machinery of Government).

  • Collaborated in executing a private strategic governance forum on Parliament Hill to discuss interagency commitments for CCG planning and operations.
  • Created a interdepartmental project plan to improve the CCG planning, and meet legislative requirements under the the federal Emergency Management Act , in order that all necessary arrangement are made for the CCG.
  • Conceptualized and drafted the inaugural CCG Concept of Operations (CONOPS) in collaboration with the Canadian Armed Forces /Ministry of National Defense.
  • Collaborated with the Executive, and Judiciary branches of the federal government to improve CCG planning, including selecting and fit up of alternate sites for immediate evacuation
  • Designed and executed a functional evacuation and relocation of the Executive Branch, inclusive of a simulated evacuation using the Governor General's challenger jet and conducting a secure transmission at the alternate site.
  • Co-developed and executed a multi-stakeholders a large scale exercise (over 20 departments and 100+ participants) of the CCG, simulating evacuation to the collection points.
