In Dream of Darkness I manage a development team of 15 members consisting of 3D artists, animators, and programmers. I update our documents, document our production pipeline, schedule development milestones with the project leads, and figure out the tools and resources our team needs to work most efficiently.
As lead designer I researched, designed, and tested gamification mechanics when we created apps for clients such as ROYAL CANIN and PEMEX. I also attended meetings with these clients to present ideas and refine our products to meet their project goals.
Later on, when Imertual became a game development studio I was in charge of designing gameplay and narrative of a cosmic-horror game based on Aztec mythology.
