- Collaborated with cross-functional development team members to analyze potential system solutions based on evolving client requirements.
- Developing and implementing harness solution for new programs considering new systems such ADAS (Advance driver assistance system).
- Support the appropriate selection of fusing, gauges, terminals and connector for each application, based on the information determined in the device transmittal.
- Creating 3D Layouts proposals to star discussion with other cross-functional to ensure a proper package of the the new systems.
- Revise all 2D drawings to ensure harness be built up to specification.
- Inspecting incoming harnesses in a joint effort with the STA team to ensure parts are up to specification per engineering design.
- Work in a coordinate effort with the vehicle integration and vehicle operation teams so the work instructions are documented properly to support vehicle builds.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team to debug and solve any issue that would arise throughout the vehicle build.
- Finding root cause of different issues not only in my vehicle line, providing my experience on problem solving to other teams.
- Participate in To4 forum to determine the best supplier for upcoming programs.
