Holding the NVH Engineer position at Engineering department. Coordination and execution of functional tests at test benches (End of line) from assembly lines for programs like Stellantis, BMW and Nissan.

• Development and management of test profiles for the evaluations at test benches in order to ensure and evaluate in a correct way the customer´s requirements and also looking to increase JPH reducing cycle time to improve OEE at the line.
• Analysis of noise and vibration graphs in order to find machine or product issues. Be able also to set or modify limits according to the need. All management through Discom software.
• Monitoring daily production and visual interpretation of functional tests through specific softwares at End of line (Evon & Autforce).
• Set up and configuration for Vector devices for CAN communication at test benches and flashing processes.
• Standarized work application.
• Management of important key indicators for the company such as FTQ and availability.
