- At Magna Mechatronics, I serve as a Quality Engineer responsible for the plastic injection and assembly production lines.
- My core focus is ensuring customer satisfaction for OEM clients such as Honda, Subaru, Nissan and GM, as well as Tier 1 customers like Magna Dortec, Magna Bradford.
- This includes managing customer complaints through the Fast Response System and leading robust follow-up activities.
- One of my key responsibilities is applying structured problems-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams, to identify root causes and implement both corrective and systemic actions that prevent recurrence.
- Quality Core Tools: I have hands-on experience creating Control Plans and PFMEAs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- I also apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) within both molding and assembly operations and lead PPAP submissions for new products and engineering changes.
