  • Lead to collect and reduce Past Due levels from all costumer's accounts. -Verify Discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues. -Download bank statements from CitiDirectBe, HSBC, Comerica, JP Morgan and check daily costumer's payments. -Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. -Interact with international costumer's portals like Audi, BMW, Dana, FCA, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Navistar, Nissan, Saic Motors and VW. -Register incoming customer and intercompany payments into our ERP. -Create manual invoices and distribute them via email and upload on costumer's portals. -Rebill invoices with issues and provide credit notes when needed.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted and properly posted for the end of month process.
  • Download and analyze bank statements from BBVA, CitiDirectBe, HSBC, Comerica and JP Morgan. -Create and provide costumer´s account statements. -Upload invoices to client portals like BMW SLP, FCA, Kawasaki and Volkswagen. -Provide invoices via email to costumers. -Ensure to have a good end of month (Bank reconciliations and billing). -Support with audits of different Mexican plants.
