  • Was assigned as the Inside Sales representative for the restructured North Division, where I oversaw base and strategic clients in four states, and had a sales volume of 650 to 1,000 tons, depending on the month of the year. I had a 152 TON surplus versus last year when I left the position.
  • Helped create, as part of a multidisciplinary team, a nationwide prospect map with the exact location and potential of possible leads. This resulted in an optimization of the lead pipeline for the sales team, and prompted the leadership team to create a Playbook with said map, emphasizing new distributors as the main business growth driver. By the end of Q1, the volume from new distributions derived from the Playbook netted 347 tons versus last year.
  • Was the Inside Sales representative for the North Division. There, I oversaw the base clients of the division, which accounted for a sales volume of 300 to 550 tons. I reached 111%, 92%, and 102% of my target volume with fewer distributors than last year, before I was reassigned due to a restructuring of the company.
  • Developed a handbook with all of the company's offerings, and presented it to the leadership team during a yearly briefing with the new commercial director and the sales team North. It was later implemented as a course at Academia Purina so that distributors could train themselves or their salesforces on the more technical aspects of our products.
  • Developed a project tracker in Power BI for the leadership team to view project advances per sales team member, and coordinated with the sales and data teams for updates to the tracker. As of July 2025, it was still in use, with monthly updates that I coordinated with the sales team.
