Throughout my 23 year career in sales I have won numerous months, and years for being the top sales person. I am a working sales manager. I do not just train sales people on how to sell, I am on the tables closing deals every day. I started on the bottom and worked my way to the top by having a positive attitude, and a great work ethic.

I believe a positive work environment is crucial for sales. Treating people with respect and dignity will create a positive sales force which will maximize your sales production. I was a Police Officer in Canada before I moved to Mexico. I have learnt that sales is a daily learning experience for everyone.

I enjoy pretty much all sporting activities. I believe my love for sports is why I have been so successful in sales. Always competing and pushing myself has given me the edge to remain at the top of my sales career over 23 years.

I also enjoy the outdoors. Being outside is a great way to be able to spend time with yourself and listen to motivational materials to remain positive.

My love for my family is my WHY. The only reason I am looking for a new job in Australia is because my son and grandson live on the Gold Coast. I currently love my job and make a very good income at `Vidanta, but unfortunately Vidanta has nothing for me in Mexico.
