• Coordinates manufacturing related activities in order to reach a smooth launch of project within the customer timeline and making sure production has all means before SOP.
• Assures the industrialization of necessary equipment, in line with standards, and follow up with suppliers.
• Manage all the production launch and supports ramp-up, assuring respect of client milestones. Responsible for the on-time successful launch of all new programs to ensure compliance to customer APQP requirements; serves as the liaison between Program Management and Plant Operations.
• APQP Systems – Plans, coordinates and directs quality programs and activities designed to ensure quality control and quality assurance of the production of products consistent with established budgets and standards.
• Administration of the PPAP/APQP process, including supplier approval and customer defined submissions
• Directly involved in all new model launches assigned and all activities associated with engineering changes and implementation.
• Responsible for the on-time successful launch of the new programs assigned to ensure compliance to customer APQP requirements; interface with Program Management.
• On charge to coordinate with the process engineers the engineering and process changes, and keep on track
• Creates an industrialization timing plan and monitors activities with involved resources
• Coordinates production trial runs and coordinates PPE, tooling engineer & plant team to support these builds properly and implement lesson learned in the next project phase
• Assures establishment of standardized work, work instructions and all other required plant documents
• Regular reporting of indicators and project progress to Head of Manufacturing Engineering

• Responsible for project Industrialization and customer approvals of new products, implementation of engineering changes and internal trials for cost reduction projects ensuring manufacturing feasibility.
• Create and update required machinery capacity analysis and availability (including analysis for overview plant capacity).
• Perform customer R@R & pre-serial.
• Create IMDS for new products based on BOM.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination between project and plant team.
• Coordinate cross review for DFMEA vs PFMEA through gap analysis for customer approval.
• Ship parts in compliance with CSR during events and/or deliverables behind of SOP.
• Experience with customer portals keeping updated during product development process / APQP phases.
• Review Specifications: BOM, Checking Fixture design, customer material specifications, Drawing, dimensional measurement and measurements system analysis and validations.
• Responsible for Customer PPAP Submission.
• Responsible for Supplier PPAP Approvals: assembly components, raw material, semi-finished components, trade parts as finish good.

• Was in charge of two automotive plants.
• Supported new launches and development projects for Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) / Product Verification Plan & Report (PVP&R).
• Evaluated customer requirements in order to guarantee robust engineering specifications.
• Engaged internal and external customers during planning and test phases and interface with Cross Functional.
