Responsible for managing and controlling vendor master data to ensure its quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance, supporting financial, operational, and procurement processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Master Data Management: Defining policies and standards for the creation, update, and deletion of vendor records. Validating critical information (tax, banking, contact) and cleansing duplicates or incorrect data.

Administration of the ARIBA SLP Module

Responsible for managing and configuring the Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) module to optimize supplier lifecycle and performance management in the company .

Key activities include:

• Workflow Management: Configuring and monitoring automated processes for supplier registration, evaluation, approval, and monitoring.
• Data Integration: Ensuring data synchronization between Ariba SLP and other enterprise systems such as ERP SAP.
• Process Optimization: Implementing improvements in forms, questionnaires, and evaluation criteria to align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the quality and efficiency of supplier management processes.
