• Software Factory Acceptance Test: performed test with client and IPC personnel, reviewing data base, equipments and loops functionality to conciliate points and avoid punch list solving instantly using ArchestrA IDE and Wonderware tools
• Hardware Site Acceptance Test: verified the correct IPC installation conditions for cabinets in DCS, ESD and F&G system, correct wired and healthy state for Controllers and Processors such as I/O modules and supervisory alarms
• Commissioning: executed verification for receiving signals from modules in CCS to HMI on CCC (main control room) monitoring to a technician on field to attack and solve issues at the moment, graphics corrections and adjustments in logics in Tristation and Archestra IDE
• Loop and Functional Test: referent to DCS I worked together with IPC and vendors to test loops and complex loops, simulating and receiving signals from field and watching the behavior and implementation of logics strategies due to client's requirements updates in P&ID and narratives given by constructor
• Matrix validation and SIS interlocks test: monitoring and forcing signals in software, updates and implementations in logics programs for safety instrumented functions
• Commissioning and physical layer's validation: solved different issues with Foundation Fieldbus instruments in configuration and detecting failures in instrument's configuration and physical layer like wiring, terminators, junction boxes and segments
• Start up plant: supported to the control and monitoring by operators for the new plants during staring up for heaters, compressors and process lines
• Treatment with customer and vendors: I've achieved get reliability and good communication in Spanish and English for problems and giving solutions.
• Third part equipments: testing PLC and communicated equipments by Modbus TCP from DCS integration until HMI control.

• Drawings and diagrams: developed documentation in CAD such as, equipment interconnections, point to point wired connection, dimension, weight and cabinets installation, equipment and electrical cabinets distribution, general architecture for ICSS
• Detailed engineering: calculation memory, hardware and software lists, FAT/SAT protocols
• Hardware Factory Acceptance Test: performed hardware test following protocols with clients on stagging and handled troubleshooting during F&G, ESD, DCS cabinets testing for power supplies, inputs and outputs signals verification for Triconex 3209AX, 3626X modules and MP 3009X redundancy and Foxboro with FBM
