• Lead and manage the Amazon Direct Import account, overseeing all aspects of forecasting, import operations, and business growth between Hasbro and Amazon. Track and manage direct shipments from China, India, and Vietnam, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with operational goals. Drive achievement of sales quotas, revenue growth, and uncover new business opportunities. Oversee the full spectrum of forecasting, bookings, toy production, Incoterms, delivery plans, billing follow-ups, reporting, and negotiation strategies to ensure optimal performance.

• Own the order entry and fulfillment process for key accounts including Walmart Group, Amazon, and Liverpool, managing the entire order cycle from local inventory. Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Conduct in-depth KPI and performance analysis, focusing on metrics like Fill Rate, rejection reasons, sales strategies, inventory plans, campaign management, and new product developments. Coordinate deliveries, billing, and the full sales pipeline (Sell In, Sell Out, Sell Through). Track and resolve complaints through effective follow-up and settlement, while negotiating with vendors and customers to optimize outcomes.

• Lead and manage end-to-end export and import projects, including the development of project timelines, coordination with with vendors: ground transport providers, maritime companies, and customs agencies.
• Oversee project management, and continuous process improvements, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain strong follow-up with factories, warehouses, logistics teams, and customs departments to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure high levels of service quality across all stages of the supply chain.
