Demand and materials planning

I analyze the master production schedule (MPS) to determine future material requirements use the MRP system to transform the MPS into external purchase orders and internal work orders.

Strategic Inventory Management

I actively monitor and control inventory levels. I define and adjust key parameters (safety stock, re order point and optimal order size)

Communication and Supplier Relations

I maintain constant and fluid communication with suppliers to notify them of any changes in demand, I am responsible for rigorously tracking all purchase orders to ensure on time delivery and act as the main point of contact to resolve any discrepancies or problems in the receipt of materials

Critical production support

Mi priority is to ensure that production lines operate without interruptions due to lack of materials

• Manage new models and inventory control
• Prevention of material shortages and follow up of production plan
• Catch up of units and follow-up meetings

• Schedule weekly production
• Part number follow-up with foreign suppliers
• Minimum and maximum inventory control

• Managament local and international proyects
• Elaborating the manufacture and raw material purchase orders
• Follow-up of the manufacturing process up to delivery to the end customer
