• Co-created Automated Valuation Model that performs property appraisals in less than 1 second (traditional method: 2 weeks) in strong partnership with sales, technology and product teams.
• Increased operations from 1 to 5 cities by conducting research efforts to allowed the company successfully scale.
• Implemented cultural shifts in order to break people silos to collaborate in cross functional teams to solve Data Quality issues.

I enjoy collaborating with other people with different backgrounds. I take pride in being part of a cross functional team that achieve the breakeven point in an early stage startup.

• Serve marketing, product and sales teams with data to optimize budget.
• Increased lead conversion from 10% to 70% using Data Analysis to uncover patterns during credit card approval process.
• Learn how to coach youngest coworkers to be humble to ask questions, be proactive teammates and openly make suggestions.

I learned in the front row how the most audacious sport ( business) works. In strong partnership with my co-founders I learned how to collaborate with others and make the business shine. I also learned how important is to explain how the business makes money, it allows every employee to make better decisions everyday.

• Co-built "Google Analytics for offline world". The technology collected information from cellphones to provide brick-and-mortar business owners metrics like: customer retention, conversion rate and sales per square foot from offline traffic in their stores.
• Co-built SDK that collected geographical information from cellphones to equipped marketing teams with behavioral analytics. This technology won a prize in Campus Party, 2014 in Brazil.
• Co-built software able to detect cyberbullying on kids accounts and create alerts for parents. This technology won a prize as the Most Innovative Use of HP IDOL On Demand APIS during Data Week, 2014 at San Francisco.

I showed up every day to learn from Software engineers, Designers, Product Managers and Technical Account Managers to learn how a software project works in real life. I learned the power of early documentation: it encourages discussions and agreements that save time and effort later during the execution.

• Lived passion for technology, strong mentorship focused on bring solutions that matter to our customers.
• Inspired by this experience I co-founded, years later my own company.
