• SAP post implementation support for Projects related to Data Centers, Submarine Cables, Real State and Workspace Services as well as Fiber Projects. Some projects were up to 1 Billion Dollars Projects.
• Main focus in fixing all the existing bugs detected by end users during Business-as-usual activities to ensure the system integrity from end-to-end processes related to SAP across multiple countries from America, Europe and Asia

Achievements

• Successfully supported daily operations for CAPEX and OPEX projects within the PS module by targeting the SLA and SLO metrics.
• Successfully delivered solutions for high complexity bugs reported by end users, with a target to resolve up to four bugs each month.
• Successfully provided root cause analysis for over 38 bugs in 2 years

• Coordinated workshops with key stakeholders to create detailed process mappings for Concept-to-Product (Idea to Offering) Macro - process.
• Deployed the WBS coding mask to support the consolidation and reporting of CAPEX and OPEX projects, achieving full implementation within 6 months.
• Established Investment Programs coding mask that enabled Finance area to easily generate annual budget allocation reports for each Company Code.
• Facilitated the development of project reports segmented by Company Code, plant, customer, engineering level and commodity.
• Conducted Process training sessions and mentored 35 Key Users, which increased process execution accuracy from 65% to 92% over 6 months, ensuring sustained mid- and long-term business performance.

• Developed and executed a master data audit strategy to ensure the integrity of business-critical processes, including preventive and corrective measures increasing data accuracy from 65% to 90% in 1 year
