• Reconciliations of different G/L accounts
• Cash request
• Payment to various vendors
• Customer service to various vendors
• Insure invoices are registered and monitored for payment

Fixed assets:

• Review CAR projects with individual co-workers
• Review correct payment plans
• Keep proper records of each fixed asset

Taxes:

• Prepare and present proper monthly taxes
• Prepare and present VAT refunds

• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Review information is in compliance with financial regulations and mexico tax laws
• Create audit reports for nine entities with initial findings, corrections and final financial statements
• Capture final audit in SIPRED ( Presentation System of the Financial Statements Opinion for Tax Purposes)
