  • Head of strategic programs of Quality Systems to implement tools and techniques to ensure excellent results of global processes are adequate and benchmarks are made with an external view to make them agile and efficient, meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Quality staff have tools to effectively investigate customer complaints / consumer, analyzing the results of finished products and ingredients that are in force and verify product specifications and process, promote the development of corrective actions and measures preventive.
  • Act as an interface between plant quality and Global Management in food safety issues.
  • It develops, promotes and manages the continuous improvement of quality management system (SIGICA).
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the technical process data, including specifications for product and process parameters, labeling, formulations and market traceability elements.
