  • Company Overview: 2012 to 2025 I began my career as a Cost Coordinator reaching the position role of Corporate Manager, where I established and developed the Corporate Management and Control Area called (Plagecc).
  • This initiative delivered significant cost reductions and enhanced politics and controls, enabling investments to allocated in the Shared Services Center (SSC) project.
  • This project changed the game of corporation, transformation drove cultural change, mindset and started to follow the performance by KPI´s, and improved efficiency and positioning the SSC as a strategic area within the company.
  • It allowed for massive revenue growth without staff cost increases.
  • After the implementation and stabilization period, I rose to the Controller position for key segments such as DOR, SUS, and Healthcare, leading strategies for budgeting, growth, and retention, delivering in this period the numbers committed to the company in terms of Revenues & margins.
