- Company Overview: 2012 to 2025 I began my career as a Cost Coordinator reaching the position role of Corporate Manager, where I established and developed the Corporate Management and Control Area called (Plagecc).
- This initiative delivered significant cost reductions and enhanced politics and controls, enabling investments to allocated in the Shared Services Center (SSC) project.
- This project changed the game of corporation, transformation drove cultural change, mindset and started to follow the performance by KPI´s, and improved efficiency and positioning the SSC as a strategic area within the company.
