• SignalR - Used to create a WhatsApp client, using the Twilio's connection to the WhatsApp API.
• MySQL and SQL Server - Used to store all our costumers' data, which is accessed by our customer service website and the ERPs systems.

• WPF - Used to create a desktop version of our online ERP capable of working without internet connection.
