During this time I babysit young children, and I gain more patience and empathy. I gained this skill when, on one occasion, the kids didn't pay attention to what I was saying, I tried to understand them and listen to them, and they would let me talk after them. Another thing that I learned from them is to get more confidence talking to them because they can understand me better than an old person does. When I spend more time with them, I gain their trust, and I like this because it helps me to get more into them and understand them. When I was teaching them, I was learning with them. The most important skill I gained was how to act and what to do when a problem was arriving. One of them happened when one of the kids was fighting over a color. I told them that they needed to share what they had and that there was more color. That's where I learned how to face a problem.
