Internal Competition Winner | May 16, 2023 – June 15, 2023

· Led the development of an enhanced loyalty program (DOTERS) for Viva Aerobús, focusing on a rewards system for students, teachers, and educational institution staff.

· Designed an innovative loyalty program, enabling users to accumulate and redeem DOTERS points within Viva Aerobús and partner businesses such as airport cafés and onboard services.

· Created and prototyped a user-friendly website interface, optimizing the experience for both laptops and mobile devices.

· Conducted market research in collaboration with a team.

· Utilized Canva for web prototype design, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Outcome: Development of a functional prototype and a strategic proposal to enhance passenger interaction and loyalty within Viva Aerobús.
