• Ensure compliance with the Group Policy and Local Regulations related to Sanctions in the FCC area.
• Administer, Organize, Control and manage the activities of the team in charge of the review analysis of the investigations of the alerted clients against the Global and Local Sanctions lists.
• Training of the Sanctions team.
• Manage, identify, reduce and escalate the risk of Sanctions proactively and continuously.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are carried out.
• Maintain and observe all established control standards.
• Generation of Metrics and Reports.
• Ensure the operation of processes aligned with the Group's policies, local regulations and good market practices.
