-Update KPIs (SQDCP)- Participate in daily production meetings. - Make sure to deliver established safety, quality, and cost during CHO Execution. - Changeover Summary - Change over Administration, secure the accomplishment of the production plan. -Respond efficiently to changes in Production plans. -Daily Communication with Planning -Update Schedule Adherence -Management and Execution of Mini orders Plan. -Participate in LCI events. (RIE, PPS, DMAIC and CPT). -Support in 5’s findings and actions of Safety GLS. -Support in analysis and actions of the external claims. - Support in Projects by other areas. - Support of planning for the backup orders during weekend. -Administrator of the People Engagement Initiative (Shift of the Month and of the Year)
