Experience in utility-based cartography.
Demonstrate proficiency in editing, manipulating, and analyzing data within a Geographic Information System.
Ability to work with moderate supervision.
Working knowledge of ESRI GIS software.
Use ArcGIS and ArcFM, as well as a custom application, to identify, configure, and transform distribution data.
Working knowledge of the Google Maps API.
Production, analysis, and translation of geospatial data.
Design and implement layers and map visualization based on territorial elements.
Design the structure of the visible part of a web application (front-end), assisting in the connections and communication between the front-end and the back-end (the hidden part that manages the application logic and data).
Development of geospatial data (shapefiles, GeoJSON) and polygon representation in Geographic Information and Georeferencing Platforms (Argis, Armaps, QGIZ, Google Maps, Google Earth).
Physical management and development.
Maintain the accuracy of GIS databases, technical files, and documentation.
Create cartographic outputs, both dynamic and static, with special attention to aesthetics.
Design and manage project-specific spatial databases according to defined data management standards.
Manage and implement EGIS software patches and updates in a timely manner to correct errors and minimize security threats.
Leverage infrastructure access control (IaC) to implement EGIS capabilities (e.g., Cloudforming, Terraform, etc.).
Demonstrate proficiency in GIS analysis and data modeling, and maintain a good command of current and developing technologies and software related to geographic analysis.
Coordinate, manage, administer, and develop Geographic Information Systems.
Develop various types of GIS maps and related datasets.
Design and implement GIS analytical procedures.
Use ArcGIS and open source tools to improve data visualization.
Implement and develop in cloud environments, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Earth Engine, for data processing and visualization, optimizing efficiency and scalability.
