Summary

6 Months providing support to the employees on the IT department for the Transfast Company and to provide help on the construction of a new MDF. 6 years of experience in the Tech support team, providing support to the agencies from all over the United States, United Kingdom and Canada as a Technical service operator being promoted to Team leader on 2015 to keep doing the same activities and help the team to improve the performance and continue with good SLA times for our clients in providing. I was the leader that helped Mastercard team to connect to the services we had in place for Transfast Company and the connection for the new providers that the Mastercard Company was contracting for our new office. 3 years on the XBS Endpoint guide Team providing the specifications to our current customers and prospects to be capable to connect to our API’s services ensuring correct requirements for them.

  • Was moved to Sue’s Team from Mastercard to start helping on the XBS PRO side of the company where I was assigned to the monitoring area where our principal activities were start doing a constant monitoring of the Customers we had to identify any issues with possible corridors or countries where we might be facing any problems on the day to day using different tools as Splunk, Domo etc
  • After 6 or 8 months of being with Customer Operations team I was assigned with Dieter to help on the Configuration team and to star taking care of the Master End Point Guide as there was a lot of issues with the guides we were providing to the customers, after 7
  • 8 months Dieter left the position and Bertrand was our new team leader where we continue with the same activities and adding the administration of the Owly system
  • Less than a year ago we were moved under Chanpreet to keep doing our normal work on the XBS Endpoint Guide team doing all the new request of EPGs for the customers and maintaining the same and informing our clients of any important changes on the corridors.

  • For 6 months I helped the IT team providing local support to the employees of the company and helped to create the MDF of the company as the same was having a quick development
  • Six years of experience providing solutions to all the agencies in USA, UK, and Canada using programs of Remote support offering a quick response and solutions to our customers.
