- Achievements
- From 2016 to 2025, sales at ILPEA Monterrey increased from 278 million to 840 million annually. With an increase in employees from 170 to 290.
- Winner of the INCOA Clúster Electrodomésticos (CLELAC) Whirlpool-ILPEA competition in 2018. Project to reduce scrap from 8% to 4% in the EPDM injection process for the bellow product for washing machines. Generating an annual profit of 2.3 million.
- ISO 14001 certification in 2023.
- In 2023, ILPEA Monterrey began operations in a new retail business line, adding 16 rigid PVC extrusion lines to the operating plant, representing an increase in annual sales of $300 million and, above all, a new global supply market that had not been contemplated by the organization.
- Apart from 2020 and 2021, when the industry was affected by COVID-19, ILPEA's fiscal years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024, together with the operations team, have achieved and exceeded the profitability expected by shareholders.
