- Responsible for the Dual Training Center, certified by the AHK (German - Mexican Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
- Training of new technicians in the areas of Toolmaker and Mechatronics according to the German Dual Model with AHK certification also valid in Germany and Europe.
- Develop robust, safe and innovative processes, of high quality and at low cost.
- Comply with the KPI indicators defined for the area (Security, PPM, OEE, Productivity, Budget, etc.).
- Develop cost-saving projects in the area of design, manufacturing and tooling optimization.
- Define together with the area director and the finance department the annual budget for the area, according to the new projects or businesses contracted.

- Develop tool manufacturing suppliers, in conjunction with the purchasing department, of high quality and at a low cost.
