Responsible for the Dual Training Center, certified by the AHK (German - Mexican Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
Training of new technicians in the areas of Toolmaker and Mechatronics according to the German Dual Model with AHK certification also valid in Germany and Europe.
Develop robust, safe and innovative processes, of high quality and at low cost.
Comply with the KPI indicators defined for the area (Security, PPM, OEE, Productivity, Budget, etc.).
Develop cost-saving projects in the area of design, manufacturing and tooling optimization.
Define together with the area director and the finance department the annual budget for the area, according to the new projects or businesses contracted.
Manufacture robust, high-quality tooling at a low price
Develop feasible metal forming processes through the use of available technologies.
Develop tool manufacturing suppliers, in conjunction with the purchasing department, of high quality and at a low cost.
Define together with the employee the necessary training courses to improve their performance.
Design and development of tool manufacturing processes.
Definition of the feasibility of manufacturing new stamping products.
Design of metal forming processes.
Purchase of spare parts, consumables.
Purchase of new tools and machinery.
Hiring new staff.
