- I´ve been working in Cyracom for 2 years and a half, I was in training for about 2 weeks in which they showed me protocols like pre-session, post-session, how to address the client and also the Lep, I stumbled a bit at the start but with the time theres just little details that I constatly try to get better at, but I try to learn from my mistakes and thanks to that my vocabulary has improved and I always try to keep learning in every call, these being medical, insurence, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911, legal etc.
