Hi there, I’ve been working in real estate sales for a few years now, and I love the hustle — talking to people, building real connections, and helping move deals forward. I’ve set up appointments for both seller and buyer leads. A big part of my role is figuring out whether it’s a Hot lead that needs to be prioritized ASAP or a lead with a low temperature that needs to be nurtured. Some of the skills that I’ve learned throughout these past years include an understanding of the market I am targeting. Know the sale process from start to finish and make sure nothing is slipping through the cracks. I have experience working with several CRMs such as Follow Up Boss, Podio, Sierra, and HubSpot. I’m sure I’m still missing a few; my job was all about building rapport, qualifying leads, and setting appointments that turned into signed deals. I have the knowledge and understanding when it comes to using the resources and tools that we all have access to. I have experience and understanding of Zillow, realtor.com, the MLS, true people search when I want to skip trace someone, prop stream, and so much more that I could go on and on. I’ve also got experience in wholesaling — making cash offers, running comps, locking up deals — I’m comfortable working with different CRMs, and I always make sure to keep my pipeline fully managed with strong Hot deals, follow-ups, and nurtures. One more thing — I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, which has helped me connect with a wide range of clients and make conversations feel more natural and personal.   • This job involved calling for FSBO leads and convincing them to sign up to Listo's real estate platform. I really enjoyed working with Listo. I was setting up good opportunities for the closers. As for my goals that I had to meet in the week, I was doing a phenomenal job sending interested leads to the closers, and they were really amazed by my performance. I really thought that Listo Homes was the perfect fit for me, and I did see growing opportunities while working there. All of a sudden, I got a message from the person who hired me, and they decided to terminate my contract because they have decided to shift their direction into marketing and advertising for now. With how the market is right now and where their budget stands, they need to focus more on the resources in this new direction.

  • At Nations Lending, I made outbound cold calls using an auto-dialer or direct dial to connect with potential referral partners or Referral Targets and schedule quick calls with Loan Officers. Sales were involved, making calls to interested homeowners who are in search of a loan. Live transfer qualified customers directly to the loan officers so they can close the sale. I worked for a few months, but then decided that it wasn't a job that I liked and enjoyed doing.

  • Working with the Nicoll team, I focused on calling expired leads and buyer leads. I dialed leads using RingCentral and updated the system in follow-up with up boss. This role primarily involved setting up face-to-face appointments. I enjoyed the time working there. I was very productive and met the KPI goals for the week. The reason for my termination was that the market was shifting, and they weren't getting enough listings from their side. They decided to bring me off the board since they weren't getting enough investment return.
