-Participation as CFR in the creation of new proposals for vMSC, CMP, and MGW, Packet Core

May 2018-2021 On-site project management for the Claro Chile CORE network upgrade, UDC (HLR, CUDB, EPG, EIR), MSC, MGW upgrades, migrations, and integrations, working directly on-site with the customer in Claro Chile and Claro Peru for 3 years. - Management, implementation, and development of KPIs for the Data Assurance area at Claro Peru.

For the aforementioned projects, I managed change control, Clobal Chronos, change request creation, TG2 submissions, Kick of meetings, expenses and risks, recognition and billing tracking, APR creation, and internal handovers with support and the customer.
