• Provided advisory services to companies across various industries on sustainable standards, mainly in the sugar industry, and support companies in their ESG commitments.
• I led an Women Economic Empowerment program, a collaboration between PepsiCo and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), focusing on PepsiCo's supply chains in Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador.
• Established and managed the certifications, sales, and administrative team, leading a group of 10 professionals.

• Conducted sustainability consulting in more than 10 Latin America countries for standards such as Bonsucro, ISCC, RTRS, and SAI Platform; performing GAP analyses, providing implementation guidance, and delivering training sessions.
• Led the implementation of the Sustainable Farming Program for PepsiCo, working with potato and corn suppliers and providing training to agricultural teams in Argentina, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Colombia.
• Performed greenhouse gas emissions calculations for the biofuels sector using the methodology of the Renewable Energy Directive (RED) and the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (California).
• Managed client expectations effectively by providing timely updates on project progress and addressing deadlines.

• Implemented the RTRS program across 4,000 hectares of the company’s land, located in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos, and Chaco.
• Responsible for controlling and analyzing the results of agricultural and livestock campaigns.
• Led negotiations for land leases.
