I’m in charge of direct sales, customer service, and support. I have a team that works from home. They sell, and I deliver their sales. I’m in charge of recruiting staff who work from home. I upload daily inventory, as well as adverting material to publish on social media.

My responsibilities include:Customer Service, Sales, Cleaning, product registration, inventory, and merchandise assortment.

My activity were very similar to those I currently perform as a CONFIACEL distributor. Perhaps I can add that I was charge of sending assistance to the payroll area, recruiting store staff, developing sales strategies, conducting sales training, and providing personal development.
