  • Implemented a new channel to reach new consumers with an E-commerce (shopify) using Email Marketing, SEO, Tuppereware.com, Facebook and Amazon, to bring the products closer to the consumer and reaching new consumers segment that Tupperware was not able to reach before with the traditional channels, achieving $500K USD in the first months for TW Mexico and use the Mx Template for Other TW companies located in Australia, USA and Fuller
  • Move from having 83 SOX audit points to 2 in the first 12 months by implementing ITIL and good practices.
  • Implemented a security set of products to reduce the security vulnerabilities, Security awareness training was done using Proofpoint software, This help us to improve users sensibility.
  • Successfully did the $3.5M USD Manufacturing Plant and Business process migration for Finance, Logistics, Production including MRP, Purchasing, Maintenance & Order to Cash from MFG to Oracle ERP in the Cloud, using a PMO structure to obtain process standardization and efficiencies among the entire operations group and set the base for future growth and integrations.
  • Infrastructure consolidation using VMware and Vxrail equipment’s achieving redundancy and a good base to run the yearly DRP (Disaster Recovery).
