    • Deploy and support Improvements teams for various projects like Six Sigma Projects, Scrap Reduction, PPMs Reduction and 'Just Do It', 'Just Do It' methodology is helping the team to use statistical tools in day to day issues, the team members see the benefits of use data to take decisions.
    • Achievements:
    • "Problem Solving" managing to train 111 Strainers in various problem solving methodologies and in "Quality Trainer" certifying 32 collaborators until August 2020.
    • “Just Do It” Method used to improve PPMs: BR167 “Linear Regression Slope”, Analysis of statistics to improve control limits.
    • Usage of Statistics to improve testing devices and approve changes on testing specifications: CD6 Spiral Cassette “Insulation Test” Improvement of detection for Bend of Flat Cable on Spiral Cassette assembly.
