Falabella made an alliance with SORIANA SUPERMARKET GROUP about an agreement to open preferential credit accounts for the group´s clients so I managed to open with a new product around 30 credit accounts in 3 months and at the same time I achieved keeping the costumer service and do marketing campaigns on line and face to face, being a competitive product but without knowledge or experience in the Mexican Market.
Citibanamex was my first banking job, I achieved entrepreneur my skills, my qualities, my talent with the negotiations and my passion for the financial business at the same time develop my human support to offer security and disposition with the clients being 19 years old and I started my not only that banking dream, also my degree that together i have implemented negotiation and service strategies at the same time as correctly informing.
