- Communicate clearly to suppliers the raw material requirements in relation to the quantity and the time when the products will be ready for delivery.

- Provide support in the implementation of key tools: PPAP, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and SPC, as required

- Daily usage of ERP (Oracle) and MRP, for purchasing and planning matters.

- Maintain efficient control of raw material inventory levels that are consistent with the demand of the production plan and the specific circumstances occurring on a daily basis, such as:
a. Adjustments and/or changes in the master production plan.
b. Product declared non-conforming, whether in raw materials, in process, or finished.
c. Minimize quality risks by preserving the material under proper storage conditions.

d. Facilitate material handling by determining the appropriate quantity to be required in order to avoid excessive handling of the load or improper use of transport equipment.
e.Maintain clear communication with the areas that may be affected by eventualities reported by suppliers.
f. Maintain an effective communication channel with the production scheduler to ensure that priorities in the requirements are met.
