Main responsibilities include architecture and deployment of IT solutions and infrastructure on a global scale (cloud and on-premises), office and manufacturing applications deployment, integration, and support. Management and support of existent infrastructure and applications. Projects and vendor management are also part of the job.

I was accountable for the IT department across three plants in Mexico's northern region with a team of 5 engineers. Responsibilities included management and support of IT infrastructure, corporate and mfg. network, fixed assets, IT services, budgeting planning and help desk. I was responsible for ensuring the availability of all IT services for the Northern Region. I also developed and deployed regional projects, (hard savings and cost avoidance). IT contractors, vendors, and external suppliers were also managed by me.

Network and Infrastructure management, servers’ administration such as Domain controllers, DB servers, Application servers etc. I was also accountable for the help desk, fixed assets and I used to manage VoIP systems, CCTV, backups, updates, antivirus tools, IT procedures documentation and user’s training.
