  • Responsible for the integral planning of all logistic processes & structures for new projects in Audi Mexico´s Body Shop & Press-Shop, involving all warehousing & material steering processes
  • Coordinated in the Supply Chain the successful launch of Audi Q5 & Q5 Sportback new generation bodies, resulting in the integration of +800 part numbers.
  • Planning and execution of the start of operations in the plants new logistic hall (15,000 sqm).
  • Coordinated a multidisciplinary team from 20+ Audi Areas to ensure ramp up.
  • Led external service providers (Logistic & Civil works) with a +100 workforce to ensure the ramp up of the new logistic structures in Audi's body shop.
  • Reduced total forecasted project spending by 15%, resulting of a cost reduction oriented planning process & capacity to manage automotive projects financial aspects.
  • Implementation of multiple area optimization measures in current body shop Areas in cooperation with all supply chain areas, sponsored projects to reduce +5000 sq m warehousing necessity
