• Security Coordination liaise with US Consulate Mérida, OBO/NCC Mérida, Consular Agencies in Cancún and Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, México.

• Create work schedules for the entire LGF team and ensure contract guard schedules are accurate and updated.

• Management of all LGF (Local Guard Force) staff, including time and attendance, uniforms, training, etc.

• Preparation of the Quality Assurance Compliance Report (QACR), which establishes everything that involves the service during the month.

• Preparation of weekly payroll reports, which is used for the payment of LGF.

• Manage and conduct liaison with the client regarding the IC service.

• Management and coordination of LGF, related to the required private security licenses. This includes coordination with the local and state government entities. Sending guards to periodic anti-doping checks, medical and psychological examinations.

• Procure purchases and shipments of materials required by LGF, including logbooks, cell phones and all materials required by contract, for the consulate, mobile patrol, OBO and POR.

• Verify and supervise the security procedures carried out by LGF.

• Coordination of LGF services in the consular agencies of Playa del Carmen, Cancun, OBO Mérida, POR and MPU.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the contract between Intercon and the US government.

• Ensure all guards are properly uniformed, equipped and staffed as per LGF contract.

• Conduct regular inspections of guards and guard posts, ensuring all equipment is functioning, logs are accurately maintained, and all incident reports are completed and collected
