Responsible for planning imported materials and inventory availability across Mexico while coordinating supply with manufacturing plants located in Europe, North America and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan material availability considering forecast, customer demand, inventory levels, production capacity and supply constraints.
• Execute supply planning activities to maintain product availability while balancing inventory investment and customer service.
• Monitor inventory performance using inventory levels, coverage, demand signals and replenishment requirements.
• Analyze inventory health, slow moving inventory, backorders and material availability to identify risks and define action plans
• Coordinate recovery plans for constrained materials with Global Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service and Commercial teams.
• Monitor production schedules, international shipments and supplier commitments to ensure supply continuity.
• Participate in weekly Supply Planning reviews focused on inventory optimization, material shortages and supply risks.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives by improving safety stock strategies, inventory visibility and replenishment decisions.
• Develop inventory reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision making.
