Francisco J Acosta, known as Wero Cham, is an
industrial engineer by profession dedicated to
the distribution of table wine for more than
seventeen years. He started Vinos Boutique
Mexicanos at the age of 17, and currently
imports and distributes wines throughout the
country.
He has participated as a partner in the creation
of events such as Vinolitoral, Estación Primavera
and Nación de Vinos. As well as collaborations
with different media such as Quién, Food
and Travel, Food and Wine, Aire de Aeroméxico,
teaching at the International Culinary School
in Guadalajara in the Masters of Wine Marketing
and Mexican Wine. Organizing and serving
events in cities around the world such as
CDMX, Las Vegas, Aspen, Dubai, Carmel and San Francisco.
He is also part of the jury of events such as
MexBest by Quién, Food and Travel Reader
Awards and world gastronomic lists. Travels worlwide for food and wine.
Also collaborate consistently with hotels like Rosewood Mayakoba, One and Only Mandarina and several Auberge properties to make events together.
