I am a recently graduated Mechanical Engineering professional from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a solid foundation in the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems. During my university studies, I developed skills in the use of CAD software and in carrying out research and development projects.
I have a strong orientation towards teamwork, having successfully collaborated on various academic projects where I learned to manage conflicts and work towards common goals. I am proactive, organized, and adaptable, always eager to learn and grow professionally. My objective is to apply my knowledge and skills in a challenging environment where I can contribute to the success of mechanical and technological projects while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
The objective of this project was to design and manufacture a hydraulic pump powered by pedaling a bicycle, providing an efficient solution for water transportation in rural areas. I was responsible for the design of hydraulic systems, manual mechanisms, and the selection of appropriate materials for the correct and efficient operation of the hydraulic pump.
Development of a power stage for a sugar mill, focused on implementing a steam network system to reuse waste from regular operations. The system includes a turbine designed for sugar cane milling, optimizing the energy efficiency of the mill. I was in charge of the power stage design using CAD software and conducting power system analysis.
Collaborating with Bosch, I carried out a project focused on creating a customized structure to ensure the protection of batteries and controllers for an electric vehicle, covering everything from design and manufacturing to material and component analysis. I was responsible for designing and manufacturing parts, analyzing components, selecting suitable materials, optimizing costs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and conducting structural evaluations to ensure load resistance.
In collaboration with URREA, the objective of this project was to develop an innovative plastic wheel rim design for a wheelbarrow and its corresponding plastic injection mold, as well as a product prototype. I used CAD software to design the rim, conducted material studies, simulations, and finite element analysis for validations, and designed the injection mold, including the cooling system and feed channels, optimizing the manufacturing process.
