· As a composites manufacturing engineer in the industrialization area, I have the responsibility to lead the management of the installation of all equipment in the Apodaca Facilities.

· Design and define the production lines as well as the construction of the process flow work instructions and PFMEA.

· Handling the layout for the electrical and pneumatic installations.

· Development of raw material suppliers establish commercial relationships with suppliers and generate confidentiality agreements (NDA's).

· Develop equipment and materials to improve the process.

Achievements:

• Lead the commercial part to obtain raw materials within Latin America for the development of the project in Apodaca.
• Develop and design workstations according to the process in Apodaca NL.
• Have commercial relationships with raw material suppliers in Mexico and USA for the manufacture of field hockey sticks in Apodaca NL.
• Travel to England for review and validation of machines to be used in the process in Apodaca NL.
• Travel to Canada for process training and transfer of production lines to Apodaca NL.
  

I serve as a member of the central Mexico team for the introduction of new products and drives initiatives to improve productivity between plants.

• Collaborate with the plant’s engineering, quality, and production team to meet launch and productivity goals.
• · Identifies, evaluates, develops, and implements improvements and standardization in all plants for finishing practices, equipment, tools, methods and controls. It supports plant engineers and provides the necessary guidance and training related to finishing processes.
• Effective interface with the management and launch team of global and local projects, as well as with the production equipment, quality, and materials of the plant.
• Support the Engineering Manager and the launch team in setting goals, training team members, and evaluating results.

Achievements:

• Design trainings for structural and superficial repairs of wind turbines.
• Training the TPI field service team for structural and bonding repairs.
• Lead 1 launch of the V163 model within the engineering department.
• Develop a standard work for the fiberglass lay-up process to optimize time.
• Lead the timing meetings of the molding and trimming area for cycle time reduction and process standardization.

• Design the continuous improvement plan of the production lines to ensure safe operation of the same, also leads to the supplementation of said plan by means of standard work, risk analysis, work instructions, fixtures tools, scanners, and equipment to enable you to achieve the primary objective.
• Develop the continuous improvement plan in your areas of responsibility.
• Define the flow of the process to ensure an adequate flow of the raw material, subassemblies and finished product seeking to always optimize the use of physical space in the plant.
• · Customer focus through risk-based thinking, maintaining, and improving the processes of Management Systems (ISO 9001, IS0 14001, ISO 45001).
• · Promote and implement cost reduction projects (reduction of downtime, reduction of materials, reduction of labor, etc.) and quality improvement (reduction of defects, reduction of repairs, poor quality cost, etc.) aiming to implement at least 2 projects per year.
• Coordinate the efforts of the work team in the realization of the PFMEA’s of the product, as well as working hand in hand with the Quality Engineer to ensure that the necessary actions are taken between the PFMEA and the control plan to ensure the quality of the product, redesigning or updating any of the above points as required to achieve the goal.

• Lead 3 launches (V136, V150 and V162) supporting the engineering team and the global TPI team.
• Lead implementation of paint roller application and eliminate spray application.
• Elaboration of training for wind turbine stowage training.
• Lead the validation and purchase of equipment, fixtures and tools for wind turbine movement.

• I served as an industrial automation technician developing the design, integration, and programming of rebound cells (Yaskawa) for the resistance welding process, conducting validation studies, and programming the Entron controls, define resistance welding parameters based on customer requirements.
• Integration of automated production lines.
• Installation of output and progression sensors for die cutting equipment (SEYI- secondary and progressive marking).
• 330Ton, 440Ton and 520Ton die maintenance.
• Basic PLC programming and fixture design and Go-No Go gage.
• In the area of molding, I contributed with the basic programming of injection machines and complying with the general maintenance to the equipment.
• Set up and change molds in injection machines.
• Coordinating and executing electrical installations (110V, 220V and 440V), pneumatic and hydraulic installations.

Achievements:

• Develop the integration of a robotic cell for the Sport Weld process in Matamoros Tamaulipas and go to install it in one of the facilities in Celaya Guanajuato, carrying out the electrical installation, programming of presence sensors, pneumatic connections and programming of Yaskawa robot movements. and then give the training to the maintenance team of Celaya and operating personnel.

• I served as an electrical technician developing calculations to determine electrical piping, electrical cable gauge, thermomagnetic protections, balancing electrical lines and calculating the ring, mains and rod-type cables.
• Connecting load centers and verifying the electrical distribution of the ships, likewise, calculating amperes and gauges for 75 KVA transformers and transformers of electrical substations of 13,800 KVA.
• Connection of NCN equipment (Lathes and Milling Machines).
• Developing calculations to determine the power factor and the proposal of capacitor banks.

Achievements:

• Design the electrical installation of a new area in the company, calculating the capacity of the load boards, capacity of the internal transformers, calculating the section and caliber of the pipes and cables.
  Distributing the electrical down conductors for the machines.
  Calculating the capacitor bank for reactive power reduction.
